Cas de société environ HCA716S/HCA726S Inclinometer for Rotary Drilling Rig Verticality Monitoring
Verticality is an important factor in rotary drilling and piling operations. During construction, changes in the inclination of the drilling rig can affect drilling alignment and foundation construction accuracy. A reliable drilling rig inclinometer can provide real-time tilt information to support equipment monitoring and adjustment.
The HCA716S/HCA726S high-precision inclinometer is designed for industrial tilt measurement and can be used for rotary drilling rig verticality monitoring. The sensor integrates a high-precision MEMS tilt unit, a 24-bit A/D differential converter and a fifth-order filtering algorithm to provide stable inclination measurement.
The HCA716S/HCA726S supports single-axis or dual-axis tilt measurement, with optional measurement ranges from ±1° to ±180°. It provides a resolution of 0.001° and a full-scale accuracy of 0.01°, making it suitable for applications requiring precise equipment angle measurement.
For rotary drilling rigs, the inclinometer can be installed on an appropriate reference surface of the mast or equipment structure. The sensor measures the inclination relative to the horizontal plane, allowing the monitoring system to identify changes in the drilling rig's angle during operation. The measured data can be used by operators or control systems as a reference for verticality monitoring.
Designed for demanding construction environments, HCA716S/HCA726S features IP67 protection, a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, 9–36 VDC wide voltage input and vibration resistance of more than 100g. Its compact size also makes it convenient for integration into construction equipment.
The HCA716S/HCA726S can be applied to rotary drilling rigs, piling equipment, construction machinery, underground drilling equipment and other industrial applications requiring high-precision tilt measurement.
HCA716S/HCA726S provides a compact and reliable tilt measurement solution for rotary drilling rig verticality monitoring and construction equipment applications.
